Service Description

Please shampoo your hair at least 2 days before your appointment. Come to you appointment with your hair free of oils and moisturizers. Please note if you book this appointment and we go over 2.5 hours, you will be charged an additional $75 an hour for the additional time. Even if it is 5 mins. Please note if you book this appointment and your 2.5 hours runs out without me completing your hair, you will be asked to book another appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation/rescheduling made within 6 days of clients appointment time. This includes: -"No Call, No Show" (These Clients will be charged the whole appointment price regardless of not receiving service) -Rescheduling 24 hours before appointment -Being 15 minutes late to appointment A 15 minute late client will automatically have services canceled and SHOULD NOT COME AT ALL. Clients acknowledge that under the aforementioned circumstances, any card on file may be charged a $50 Cancellation fee that must be paid before they can visit Blue Dove Locs for any future service. If you are booking a consultation PLEASE BOOK IT FOR MONDAYS ONLY!!!
