Service Description

Please shampoo your hair at least 2 days before your appointment. Come to you appointment with your hair free of oils and moisturizers. Please note if you book this appointment and we go over 3 hours, you will be charged an additional $75 an hour for the additional time. Even if it is 5 mins. Please note if you book this appointment and your 3 hours runs out without me completing your hair, you will be asked to book another appointment.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $50 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation/rescheduling made within 6 days of clients appointment time. This includes: -"No Call, No Show" (These Clients will be charged the whole appointment price regardless of not receiving service) -Rescheduling 24 hours before appointment -Being 15 minutes late to appointment A 15 minute late client will automatically have services canceled and SHOULD NOT COME AT ALL. Clients acknowledge that under the aforementioned circumstances, any card on file may be charged a $50 Cancellation fee that must be paid before they can visit Blue Dove Locs for any future service. If you are booking a consultation PLEASE BOOK IT FOR MONDAYS ONLY!!!
